Completely adjustable: tilts forward and backwards, and side to side, and raises up and down, in order to align door with jamb. Installation of heavy doors has in no way been this simple and easy.

I've implemented this product and countless other items developed by this business. They have all have been of top grade construction and style.
I suppose just about every enterprise has warranty claims and this manufacturer is not immune, but frankly, expecially based on my own experience with this item, I find it rather tricky to believe the reviewer's comments that "...all the welds had broken loose in the course of shipment..." Such a statement seems strangely hyperbolic.
Based on my expertise with goods from this company, I'd say buy it with self-confidence. I've in no way been disappionted with a single of their goods.

The Dorminator is a wonderful labor saver that has taken over most of the back breaking perform out of my day when I am hanging solid core fire rated doors. My doorminator arived, by truck, without having any broken welds just after a long trip from North Dakota to Southern California. I wish I had this tool 25 years ago it would have saved a lot of time and grief. NOT from China but produced solid in the U.S.A. and that is a rather inportant function for me.
