Pipe Clamp Electric Fence Insulator - Black

Product Description

NEW Product Install an Equi-Tee insulator and get your horses' respect by mounting a scare wire. Our particular insulator attaches to the side of your pipe panels with no drilling a hole in the pipe. The clamp can also be mounted on the horizontal section of the panel. The hot wire can be positioned as needed, a point midway up is preferred, even though stallions may very well want a high wire to keep them from "necking" over the fence. Place it on both sides of adjoining pastures to lower horse mischief to a minimum. We strongly recommend working with polyrope or tape to stop injuries caused by hot wire. Our insulators are an economical and practical way to shield your pipe panel fences. Sizes and specifications The pipe clamp insulators are three.five" inches in length and they adjust for pipe diameters 1 1/two" up to 1 5/eight". (In order to make them fit 1 7/8" pipes, you will want to get 1.five" screws - not included in these) These sizes really should fit most pipe panels, heavy duty fences as nicely as some cyclone fence posts. They come 12/pack The pipe clamps are constructed of a high grade of poly plastic with UV inhibiters and flex agents added. This indicates that they will final for years with out cracking yet, this also suggests that they cost a bit much more than T-post style snap on insulators. Installation Instructions Pick the location for the insulator. Snap the clamp more than the pipe. If you are making use of the clamp on compact diameter pipe, use the brief screw in the best hole. If you are making use of it on a 1 7/eight" pipe, use the longer screw in the bottom hole. Tighten the screw to fix the position on the pipe. Do not more than-tighten

Client Reviews

These electric pipe clamps fit okay but I had difficulty getting the screws to feed via the plastic where they had been intended. I held the clamps rather tightly with my left hand and tightened the screws with my free hand. Everything appears to be operating appropriately with no slipping or movement at all on these supports. My pipe supports are 1.25" in dia. and with just a tiny modification to the general clamping length and to the screw mounting holes these clamps would have gotten a rating of 5 stars from me.
